• Returns & Exchanges: All shirts are custom printed, so we do not accept returns or exchanges.
• If there is a problem with your shirt printing quality, please let us know and we will be happy to assist ASAP. :)
• Please look at the size chart and verify your order for accuracy.
• Props are not included.
• Ink is printed into the fabric.
• Please note these shirts are unisex, so if you’re looking for a more fitted style, consider choosing a smaller size.

Custom Watercolor Prints
All custom prints and framed art are carefully packaged and shipped directly from Soulful Cottage Co. You will approve your print before it is sent to production. Once packaged and mailed, you will receive a tracking number with your order.
If there is damage in the delivery of your print or frame, please reach out within 1-3 days so we can make a resolution. Quality is of the utmost importance to us, and we will be happy to replace if your frame is damaged.
Bracelets and Shell Art
All bracelets and seashell crafts are carefully packaged and shipped. We do not offer refunds unless your item is damaged upon delivery. If so, please reach out with any questions or concerns.
