After you send in all information, your proof will be emailed to you within 1-2 days. After you approve, it will be printed, framed, and packaged within 3-4 days. We then by Priority Mail USA only, which take 3-5 days.

Customer service is our goal.

Since each piece is custom ordered, we do not issue refunds if your order is accurate when placed. If there is something defective or wrong with your item, we will gladly refund or replace it. Simply email us at soulfulcottageco@gmail.com within 3 days of the problem. Refunds are minus any shipping fees.

Shirts are shipped within 7-10 days.

Jewelry and handmade items are shipped within 5-7 days.

Custom portraits are shipped within 5-10 days after proofing and processing.
