Since each piece is custom ordered, we do not issue refunds if your order is accurate when placed. If there is something defective or wrong with your item, we will gladly refund or replace it. Simply email us at soulfulcottageco@gmail.com within 3 days of the problem. Refunds are minus any shipping fees.

Jewelry and handmade items are shipped within 5-7 days.
